Personal Response 3 : Hand, Foot & Mouth Disease

Hand Foot and Mouth Disease is back.Everyone should do their part to stop this disease from spreading

HFMD is a disease that can be contracted easily.you can tell if someone has hfmd if they have these symtoms: rashes,fever for more than 2 days and ousers on the tongue.these are just 3 of the many symptoms of HFMD.
HFMD can be contracted at any age,altough children below 5 are most likely to contract it as their bodies and immunity system are not fully developed yet.we can prevent this disease from infecting us by keeping ourselves clan and not travel to countries with HFMD.
If you have HFMD DO NOT spread it by staying in your home,sharing your food with others and keep yourselvs clean.For those who have HFMD,do not spread it by going out or sharing your food.thats all i think.keep healthy and dont let HFMD get you.bye!!
